أبرأُ إلى الرحمنِ من بهتانِهِ
وفجورِهِand his wickedness وعتوِّهِand his insolence المتزايدِever-increasing
وفجورِهِ وعتوِّهِ المتزايدِ
Before the Most Merciful, I disavow his slander,
I absolve myself before the Merciful
and his wickedness and ever-growing insolence.
From his outrageous lies, depravity, arrogance
مَنْwho ذاis it that يجيزُsanctions قضاءَthe judgment قاضٍa judge جاهلٍignorant
مَنْ ذا يجيزُ قضاءَ قاضٍ جاهلٍ
بالعلمof learning فيin هذاthis الزمانِage الفاسدِcorrupt
بالعلم في هذا الزمانِ الفاسدِ
Who would sanction the judgment of a judge ignorant
What judge can sanction the verdict of an ignorant judge
of learning in this corrupt age?
