And a twister of patterns, a slayer,

تُزينshe adorns الدمىthe dolls وتسيلand makes flow الدماthe blood
تُزين الدمى وتسيل الدما
بفتلby twisting النقوشِthe patterns وقتلand slaying النفوسِthe souls
بفتل النقوشِ وقتل النفوسِ
She adorns the dolls and makes blood flow,
Adorning the dolls as blood flows
