حاكمٌ يصدرُ منهُ
خلفَbehind كلِّall الناسِthe people حَفْرُdigging

A judge from whom comes
A ruler issues
digging behind everyone's back
Behind all people, a grave is dug
يتمنىhe wishes for كُفْرَdisbelief شخصٍa person
يتمنى كُفْرَ شخصٍ
والرضىand approval بالكفرِof disbelief كفرُdisbelief
والرضى بالكفرِ كفرُ
wishes for someone's disbelief;
He wishes the disbelief of a person
and approval of disbelief is disbelief.
And satisfaction with disbelief is disbelief
