My longing is long and broad in my love for him,
My wide affection grows long and wide
From the length of his hair and the breadth of his rump.
Through verse and flesh, through back and stride

ياO حبَّذاhow lovely جبلُMount الريانِal-Rayyan مِنْas a جبلِmountain
يا حبَّذا جبلُ الريانِ مِنْ جبلِ
His buttocks quiver as he walks, and he sings to them:
His hips do sway in graceful glide
“Ah, what a lovely mountain Mount al-Rayyan is!”
Fair mountains of Ar-Rayyan, fairer none beside
