لفاتنتي خيلٌ عتاقٌ سوابقٌ

إناثٌ أطابتْ حملَها وفحولُ
My enchantress has noble-bred, fleet horses—
My beauties are free-running horses,
Mares that made carrying her a delight, and stallions.
Mares who excel at carrying their burdens, and stallions too,
وقدٌّand a figure لقلبيfor my heart فيهِin it ألفُa thousand بثينةٍButhayna
وقدٌّ لقلبي فيهِ ألفُ بثينةٍ
فكلُّso every رداءٍrobe ترتديهِshe wears it جميلُbeautiful; also the name Jamil
فكلُّ رداءٍ ترتديهِ جميلُ
And a figure that, to my heart, holds a thousand Buthaynas;
And my heart has a thousand yearnings for them -
So every robe she wears is beautiful—a Jamil.
Every cloak they wear is beautiful.
