وقدْand indeed مدَدْتُI have stretched out لإذْنٍfor permission منْfrom عُلاكَyour eminence يَديmy hand
وقدْ مدَدْتُ لإذْنٍ منْ عُلاكَ يَدي

And I have stretched out my hand for permission from your eminence;
I have stretched out my hand for permission from your loftiness,
so grant it; may your hand remain the highest in all creation.
So allow it as long as you are the most high of both worlds.
