    حَباها منَ اللّطْفِ الإلاهيِّ تدْبيرُ

    Your statecraft safeguards the affairs of kingship;

    A design born of divine grace has endowed it

    Generous, thanked by the mouths of its gifts.

    With their necks bent and their eyes turned aside.

    And it is a marvel that its bounty can be won,

    So it tastes sweet as honey, though in shape it is a hornet.

    Interpreting what the decrees of fate have kept concealed.

    Down falls eloquence, in verse and prose.

    And camphor patterned with musk whose scent is released.
