دارٌan abode خَرابٌruined علىupon بِحارِseas خَراshit
دارٌ خَرابٌ على بِحارِ خَرا
تناسَبَتْwas in keeping حالُهاits condition بمَنْwith those who فيهاin it
تناسَبَتْ حالُها بمَنْ فيها
A ruined city upon seas of shit—
A ruined abode upon seas of shit—
its state matches those who dwell within.
