لاَ عَدْلَ فِي الْمُلْكِ إِلاَّ وَهْوَ قَدْ نَصَبَهْ

وَصَيَّر الْخَلْقَ فِي مِيَراثِهِ عَصَبَهْ

No justice stands in the realm unless he himself has established it;
