The people of Sala were struck by a cry

Wandering through their homes scentless
يَكْفيهِمُsuffices them منْof عَوَزٍpoverty أنّهُمْthat they
يَكْفيهِمُ منْ عَوَزٍ أنّهُمْ
رَيْحانُهُمْtheir basil ليْسَتْdoes not have لهُfor it رائِحَةْa fragrance
رَيْحانُهُمْ ليْسَتْ لهُ رائِحَةْ
