يا وارِثَ المَهْديّ في الجبلِ الذي

يا وارِثَ المَهْديّ في الجبلِ الذي

فضَلَ الجِبالَ فكانَ مطْلَعَ بدْرِهِ

فضَلَ الجِبالَ فكانَ مطْلَعَ بدْرِهِ

O heir of al-Mahdi on the mountain that

O heir of the Mahdi in the mountain which

surpassed the mountains and became the rising place of his full moon.

Surpassed mountains, so it became the rising place of its full moon,

وبهِ مُصَلاّهُ ومدْرَسُهُ الذي

وبهِ مُصَلاّهُ ومدْرَسُهُ الذي

أهْدى منَ التّوْحيدِ يانِعَ زَهْرِهِ

أهْدى منَ التّوْحيدِ يانِعَ زَهْرِهِ

And on it are his prayer-place and his school, which

And in it are his mosque and school from which

offered the ripe blossoms of divine unity.

He gifted the blossoms of its youthful monotheism,

أبْشِرْ فإنّكَ بعْدَ ما بعُدَ المَدى

أبْشِرْ فإنّكَ بعْدَ ما بعُدَ المَدى

وتولّتِ الدُّنْيا مجَدِّدُ أمْرِهِ

وتولّتِ الدُّنْيا مجَدِّدُ أمْرِهِ

Rejoice, for you—after the distance has grown vast

Receive good tidings, for you, after the distant horizon

and the world has turned away—are the renewer of his cause.

And the world's renewal of its affair,

واعْلَمْ بأنّكَ أنتَ عامِرُ ربْعِهِ

واعْلَمْ بأنّكَ أنتَ عامِرُ ربْعِهِ

واعْلَمْ بأنّكَ أنتَ نُكْتَةُ سِرِّه

واعْلَمْ بأنّكَ أنتَ نُكْتَةُ سِرِّه

And know that you are the inhabitant of his dwelling,

Know that you are the restorer of its region

and know that you are the essence of his secret.

And know that you are the essence of its secret,

وإذا بلَغْتَ الى محلِّكَ سالِماً

وإذا بلَغْتَ الى محلِّكَ سالِماً

سلِّمْ لسَعْدِكَ في أزِمّةِ أمْرِهِ

سلِّمْ لسَعْدِكَ في أزِمّةِ أمْرِهِ

And when you reach your abode safe and sound,

And when you reach your place safely,

entrust the reins of his cause to your good fortune.

Submit to your good fortune in the crisis of its affair.
