فَياso O رَبِّmy Lord إِنif خاسَتshe broke faith بِماwith what كانَwas بَينَناbetween us
فَيا رَبِّ إِن خاسَت بِما كانَ بَينَنا
مِنَof الوُدِّفَاaffection, then بَعَتsend (apparently intended; text corrupt) لِىto me بِمَاfor what فَعَلَتshe did صَبراpatience
مِنَ الوُدِّفَا بَعَت لِى بِمَا فَعَلَت صَبرا
So, my Lord, if she has betrayed what lay between us
O Lord, if our love has withered
Of affection, then send me patience for what she has done.
Grant me patience for what she has done
