Then the destination: a garden and its bliss,

Or a fire's heat—have mercy, unite, and gather us.

O Lord, mend us and guide us toward what

Pleases You with us; You hear best of all who are called.

O Lord, bring to an end, in certainty and guidance,

Our lives, and repel deviation from us.

O Lord, gather us and our beloved ones

In Your abode, Paradise, the finest dwelling-place,

Through grace, kindness, and favor from You, O

Possessor of generosity and the fullest, most ample bounty.

    Multiply Your blessings and peace

Upon Your chosen Prophet, the finest granted intercession:

The chosen one, who guides to You, Muhammad,

And his family and companions, then those who follow.

    وقد انتهت فاقبل إلهي وانفع

    Praise to God, the Generous, is its conclusion;

It has ended: accept it, my God, and make it beneficial.
