لك الخير حدثني بطبية عامر

وما حالها من بعدنا يا مسامري

Goodness upon you, inform me of the news of the populous Amir,

And what is its condition after us, O my companion,

وروح فؤادا ذاب من حر بعدها

بتذكاره إن كنت يوماً مذاكري

And a soul whose heart melted from the heat after it

By the remembrance, if you were once a confidant

فإن أحاديث الأحبة مرهم

لقلبي من الداء العضال المخامر

For the conversations of loved ones are a balm

For my heart from the stubborn, festering illness

هوى حل في قلبي وواطن مهجتي

وخالط أجزائي وسار بسائري

Passion settled in my heart, dwelled in my mind

And mixed with my limbs and flowed through my veins

إذا فاتني قرب الأحبة واللقا

ففي ذكرهم أنس لوحشة خاطري

If the nearness of loved ones escapes me and the meeting

Then in remembering them there is comfort for the anxiety of my thoughts

فإن لم يصبها وابل صيب الندى

فطل به يحيى موات سرائري

For if the clouds of dawn rain have not watered it

Then let your clouds revive the deadness of my secrets

فشنف بتذكار الأحبة مسمعي

وأخلصه عن أغيار غير مغاير

So charm my hearing with the remembrance of loved ones

And purify it from strangers, nothing alike

فتذكارهم راحي وروحي وراحتي

يطيب به قلبي وتصفو ضمائري

For remembering them is my comfort, my soul, my rest

It gladdens my heart and purifies my conscience

أنا الهاتم المفتون في حب سادة

تهتكت فيهم بين باد وحاضر

I am the passionate lover, infatuated with the love of masters

I melted for them between wilderness and settlements

وخيرت فاخترت الغرام طريقة

أموت وأحيا هكذا يا معاشري

And I chose passion as my path

To die and live this way, O my companions

وإن التفاني والتمزق فيهم

لمن أربى الأقصى وأسنى ذخائري

For selflessness and fragmentation for them

Is from the most beloved and finest treasures

يرق لي الأحباب إذا مسني الضنى

وتشمت بي الحساد بين العشائر

The loved ones grieve me when adversity touches me

And the envious gloat over me among the tribes

وإن لمشغول عن الناس بالذي

أقاسي بمحبوبي سويجي النواظر

And I am too preoccupied with what

I suffer from my beloved to pay heed to people

وأعذر عذالي ومن لامني على

هوى ام عمر ونور قلبي وناظري

And excuse my shortcomings and whoever blamed me

For the passion of Umm Umar (his beloved), the light of my heart and my gaze

لحرمانهم عن حبها وشهودها

وعن علم ما تحت النقاب السوائر

Due to their deprivation of her love and witnessing her

And being denied knowledge of what is behind the veils

رعى اللَه من هام الفؤاد بحبها

بديعة حسن مخبل للزواهر

May Allah watch over one whose innermost being is infatuated with her love

The splendid beauty that makes the flowers go mad

عزيزة وصف حار فيه أولو النهى

من العارفين أهل الهدى والبصائر

The dear one, whose heated description

The knowledgeable among the righteous find difficult

به هامت الأرواح في حال كونها

مجردة عن كل جسم وخاطر

With it souls became inflamed in their existence

Disembodied from any body or thought

ومن بعده لما حدتها بذكرها

حداه المطايا للربوع العوامر

And after making them sharp with the mention of her

Horses galloped to the wide expanses

ومهما سرت من حيها سحرية

من النسمات الطيبات العواطر

And however much the gentle breezes blow from her enchanting land

The sweet scents, the pure spirits

ومهما سرى برق الحمى في دجنة

وغنت على الأغصان ورق الطوائر

And however much the lightning of passion flashed in darkness

And songbirds sang on the branches as green leaves flutter

شهدت معاني حسنها وجمالها

بروحي وقلبي تحت جنح الدياجر

I witnessed the meanings of her beauty and perfection

With my soul and heart beneath the wings of slumber

وسامرتها في خلوة أنسية

بألطف أسمار وخير مسامر

And conversed with her in sweet intimacy

With the gentlest of conversations and best of companions

ولذلي التقؤريب منها وأشرقت

على باطني أنوارها وظواهرري

And when I drew near and her lights shone

Upon my essence, her lights and her Bloom

ويا طالما قبلتها والتزمتها

وقد هجعت عين الرقيب المدابر

And oh how often I kissed her and held her

As the watchful guardian slept

كأن أويقات النزول بحيها

معجلة من جنة في المصائر

As if the times of descending upon her land

Were hastened from a paradise among the fates

وللَه ما أحلى الوقوف بسوحها

وأطيبه ما بين تلك المشاعر

And how sweet is standing in her plains

And most fragrant is what is between those holy sites

بوادي خليل اللَه ذي الخير والوفا

أبي الرسل إبراهيم تاج الأكابر

In the valley of Allah’s friend of goodness and loyalty

Father of Prophets, Ibrahim, crown of elders

وقبلة أهل الدين من كل شاسع

ودان إليها فهي أم الحضائر

And destination of the people of religion from every distant land

And it was yielded to, as it is mother of settlements

وطلسم سر الذات رمز به اهتدى

إليها رجال الحق من كل ناظر

And talisman of the secret of the Essence, symbolized by it

The ones of truth are guided to it by every seer

ومن ها هنا جذب القلوب وميلها

ومنه مطر الروح من كل طائر

And from it the hearts were pulled and inclined to it

And from it the spirit rain descended from every bird

ومهبط إمدادات كل رقيقة

بأسرار علم الذات لأهل السرائر

And the place of descent of all gentle spirits

With the secrets of the knowledge of the Essence for the people of secrets

إلى الحجر الميمون زاد تشوقي

وكان به أنس الفؤاد المجاور

My fervor increased towards the sacred stone

And being in its vicinity brought comfort to my neighboring heart

به المعهد والميثاق يشهد بالوفى

لكل وفىً مخلص القلب طاهر

With it is the pact and the covenant bearing witness to loyalty

For every sincere and pure-hearted faithful

وملتزم نجح المطالب عنده

وحجر البعدى منه فاضت محاجري

And committed, successful seeker in its presence

And the farthest from it, from it overflowed my tears

وزمزمها راح الكرم ومرهم الس

قام به تبري كلوم الضمائر

And its Zamzam is comfort of generosity and balm of intimacy

Establishing thereby purity of all consciences

وإن مقاماً بالمقام ألذ في

فؤادي وأحلى من ورود البشائر

And staying for a while in its land is more pleasing

To my heart and sweeter than bouquets of good news

صفا بصفاها العيش من كل شائب

وراق بفيض الواردات الغوامر

Pristine, without any blemish is living in its purity

And enjoyable with the abundant, flooding bestowals

بمروتها تمرين كل حقيقة

بمشهد حق لا يرام بقاصر

With its manliness, every truth is nurtured

With witnessing the True, not to be attained by any deficient

بأجيادها جادت سحائب رحمة

على كل ذي قلبٍ منيبٍ وحاضر

With its noble steeds, the clouds of mercy poured forth

Upon every humble hearted and present being

وتقتبس الأنوار من بي قبيسها

فهو يراعيها بقلبٍ وناظر

And lights are ignited from its resplendent Kaaba

For it overlooks it with a heart and a watcher

بعامر شعب الصادقين عمارة ال

قلوب بغياضٍ من الفَضل غامر

With populating its vicinity with the community of the truthful

Hearts are revived with meadows of abundant grace

وفي عرفات كل ذنبٍ مكفَّرٍ

ومغتفرٍ منا برحمة غافر

And in Arafat every sin is atoned

Forgiven for us by the mercy of the Forgiving

وقفنا بها والحمد للَه ربنا

وشكراً له إن المزيد لشاكر

We stood there, and praise is to Allah our Lord

And thanks to Him, for addition is only for one grateful

عشية وافى الوفد من كل وجهة

وفج وهم ما بين داع وذاكر

In the evening the pilgrim party arrived from all directions

Valleys and hilly areas, fearful and remembering

وراجٍ وباك من مخافة ربه

بفائض دمعٍ كالسحاب المواطر

Crying copiously, fearing his Lord

With an abundance of tears like pouring rain

وفي الوفد كم عبدٌ منيبٌ لربه

وكم مخبتٍ كم خاشع متصاغر

And among the pilgrims, how many devout servants of their Lord

How many humble, reverent and meek

وذي دعوةٍ مسموعةٍ مستجابةٍ

من الأوليا أهل الصفا والسرائر

And those whose prayers are heard and answered

From the saints, the people of spiritual retreats and secrets

وللَه كم من نظرة كم عواطف

وكم نفحةٍ للإله غوامر

By Allah, how many glances, how much affection

And subtle breaths for Allah, abundant

وإنا لنرجو عفوه أن يعمنا

ويشمل منا من كل بر وفاجر

We surely hope for His pardon to encompass us

And include us both the righteous and the sinner

أفضنا على الزلفا بمزدلفاتها

ومشعرها أكرم بها من شعائر

We descended upon Dhu Al-Hulaifah and its plains

Honoring it over other ritual places

وجئنا مني في خير كل صبيحة

لرمي إلى وجه العدو المجاهر

And we came rushing every morn

For the stoning of the enemy that opposed openly

وحلق وإهداء الذبائح قربة

إلى اللَه والمرفوع تقوى الضمائر

And slaughtering sacrifices willingly

To Allah, with raised God consciousness

وبتنا بها تلك الليالي ويا لها

ليالي لقد طابت بطيب النزاور

And we stayed there those nights, oh what nights!

They were beautiful with the scent of conversation

ألا يا ليالي الخف عودي واسعدي

لكي يحيى مني كل ميت ودائر

Oh nights of Minah, return and gladden us

That I may revive every deceased and fallen

وعدنا إلى البيت العتيق بنفرةٍ

مباركةٍ مستعجلاً مثل آخر

And we returned to the Ancient House with a blessed group

Hastening like no other

فيا كعبة الحسن البديع الذي غدا

بها كل صب وإله القلب حائر

So Ancient House of Beauty, O pride of existence

Embracing all prides

ويا مركز الأسرار والنور والبها

ولطف جمالٍ راقٍ في كل ناظر

O pivot of secrets, light and clarity

And gentle beauty dazzling every onlooker

نحن إليك المؤمنون قلوبهم

وأرواحهم من وارد مثل صادر

We, the convinced believers, our hearts

And spirits are like the arriving and the departing to you

بعدت بجسمي عنك والقلب حاضر

لديك وإني بعد ذا غير صابر

My body is far from you and my heart present

Before you, and I after this am not patient

ولم يك بعدي عنك زهداً وخيرةً

ولكن بعدي للشئون العواذر

And my remoteness was not out of austerity and virtue

But because circumstances held me back

ويا مكة الغراء يا بهجة الدنا

ويا مفخراً مستوعباً للمفاخر

O Mecca the splendid, O bliss of existence

O tremendous pride encompassing prides

عسى عودةٌ للمستهام ورجعة

إليك لتقبيل الثىر والمآثر

I wish for return for the fervent lover and coming back

To kiss the threshold and relics

أرجى ولي ظنٌ جميل بخالقي

وإن الرجا في اللَه أسنى ذخائري

I hope, and my hopes in my Creator are beautiful

For hope in Allah is the finest treasures

ولما أتينا بالمناسك وانفضت

وذلك فضل من كريم وقادر

And to facilitate return in a beautiful state

To cool thereby the heat of my innermost being, evident and hidden

حثثنا المطايا قاصدين زيارة ال

حبيب رسول اللَه شمس الظهائر

Allah protect the land where your magnificent tomb is

The exalted, O crown of supremacy and prides

وسرنا بها نطوي الفيافي محبة

وشوقاً إلى تلك القباب البواهر

And give life and days for smooth return

To it in a sweet and hastening pace

فلما بلغنا طيبة وربوعها

شممنا شذى يزري بعرف العنابر

To soothe a burning heart inflamed

By the ardent yearning of my beating, outer and innermost being

وأشرقت الأنوار من كل جانب

ولاح السنا من خير كل المقابر

May Allah commemorate thereby times in Tā'if now passed

Whose recollection still stirs my innermost secrets

مع الفجر وافينا المدينة طاب من

صباح علينا بالسعادة سافر

My thoughts recall them so I sway towards it

With fine ecstasy exhilarating and overpowering

إلى مسجد المختار ثم لروضة

بها من جنان الخلد خير المصائر

To the Elected, Allah's elite and beloved Friend

And his truthful companion, the best supporter

إلى حجرة الهادي البشير وقبره

وثم تقر العين من كل زائر

And his Farooq, the righteous, reverent one and a piece

Of Allah's Messenger she is mother of the two Blooms

وقفنا وسلمنا على خير مرسل

وخير نبي ما له من مناظر

And Uthman possessor of the two lights along with all

Housed in the grasses of dew from masters and elders

فرد علينا وهو حي وحاضر

فشرف من حيٍّ كريمٍ وحاضر

Do not forget our master Abu Al-Hasan the Pleased

Even though he isn't buried in those tombs

زيارته فوز ونجح ومغنم

لأهل القلوب المخلصات الظواهر

For Mughniya's dome, and the saddened one, and Ramla's ground

And Uhud and Su'la, the elevated places and relics

بها يحصل المطلوب في الدين والدنا

وينندفع المرهرب من كل ضائر

May my God water it, all with showers of mercy

From downpours magnanimously flooding

بها كل خير عاجل ومؤجل

ينال بفضل اللَه فانهض وبادر

And grow therein every couple with their produce

And flowers following spirit and onlooker

وإياك والتسويف والكسل الذي

به يبتلي كم من غبي وخاسر

And for the Two Holy Sanctuaries we ask

From Allah safety encompassing splendors

فإنك لا تجزي نبيك يا فتى

ولو جئتك سعياً على العين سائر

And wellbeing from every affliction and strife

And ample, boundless sustenance

قبورك من قبر حوى سيد الورى

وسامي الذرى بحر البحور والزواخر

And that truth and religion be upheld therein

And thereby all spheres of Islam revived

نبي الهدى بحر الندى مجلي الصدى

مبيد العدا من كل غاوٍ وغادر

And in rest of homeland of our religious community

And that is grace from the Bountiful, Almighty

مزيل الردى ماضل عبد به اهتدى

بعيد المدى للحق داع وآمر

Merciful, benefactor, one who transcends

Every righteous in existence and sinner

إمام له التقديم في كل موطن

وصدر على الإطلاق من غير حاصر

To him is due praise we cannot enumerate

For blessings not encompassed by any enumerator

له تتبع الرسل الكرام وتقتفي

لآثاره في وردها والمصادر

For guiding us, electing us, favoring us

And disclosing to us outer forms and secrets

نبوته كانت وآدم طينة

وفيه انتهت غايات تلك الدوائر

For bringing us the beloved of all benefit

For removing from us the feared of all harm

هو الساس والرأس للأمر كل

بأولهم يدعى لذلك وآخر

For constant favor and grace with which

He still confers upon us with overflowing hands

وتحت لواء الرسل يمشون في غد

وناهيك من جاهٍ عريضٍ وباهر

For His subtle, flowing grace, His concealment

Beautiful, surpassing abundant overflowing favor

وفيه عليه اللَه صلى ودائع

من اليسر لا تروي خلال الدفائر

And righteousness, benevolence and ample good

Generosity, benefaction great and abundant

ولكنها مكتومةً ومصانةً

لدى العارفين الأولياء الأكابر

For however much He gave and affliction He removed

And worries He dispelled with outer and inner secrets

وموروثة مخصوصة بضنائن

لربك من أهل التقى والسرائر

And illnesses He cured and aggressors He curbed

Turning thereby the seeker of ruin, in loss

محمد المحمود في الأرض والسما

بأوصاف حمد طيب متكاثر

For how many envious desiring calamities, He foiled

Casting them on their faces in pitiful state

وأحمدهم للَه في كل موطن

وأشكرهم في يسره والمعاسر

I cannot enumerate my Lord, Creator and God

I stand by His perpetual favor

وأعلم خلق اللَه باللَه ربه

وأخشاهم للَه من غير ناكر

But by weakness to fulfill his rightful thanks

I admit, even if I strove, the most thankful of the great and sincere

وأطوعهم للَه أعبدهم له

وأقومهم بالحق بين المعاشر

Even if I had this world’s lifetime, I spent it

With the thanks of the most thankful of all

هو القائم الساجد في غسق الدجى

فسل ورم الأقدام عن خير صابر

And multiples of multiples of them all multiplied

Endlessly coming without a last

هو الزاهد الملقى لدنياه خلفه

هو المجتزي منها بزاد المسافر

I still wouldn't perform the gratitude He deserves

And would've fallen short praising the Transcendent

وباذلها جواداً بها وسماحة

بكف نداها كالسحاب المواطر

So how, when I'm not diligent in preserving His right

And in thanking Him, neither do I strive fully nor am I able

ورد مفاتيح الكنور زهادة

وما مال للدنيا الغرور بخاطر

I ask forgiveness of Allah Almighty for my lapse

Weakness, shortcomings and enormity of my misdeeds

ومن سغب شد الحجارة طاوياً

لأحشائه الطيبات الضوامر

And implore Him, out of grace, support and mercy

Gentleness, ease revealing tribulations

فحمد لرب خصنا بمحمد

وأخرجنا من ظلمة ودياجر

And hope for pardon, forgiveness and placating

From Allah forgiver of major sins

إلى نور إسلام وعلم وحكمة

ويمن وإيمان وخير الأوامر

For my assumption in my God and Creator is beautiful

Sufficient for me is to turn in repentance to the Forgiving

وطهرنا من رجز كفر وخبثه

وشرك وظلم واقتحام الكبائر

We declare His oneness - Pure and One is He

Transcendent over any equivalent or likeness to Him

أتى بكتاب اللَه يتلوه داعياً

إلى اللَه بالحسنى وخير البشائر

And His Essence and Attributes has no partner

Exalted is Allah over the words of unbelievers

وأيد بالآيات من كل معجزٍ

وبرهان صدقٍ قاطعٍ للمعاذر

And High over depiction and "how" is our Lord

And over whatever fancies roam in minds

فلبى رجال دعوة الحق فاهتدوا

ونالوا المنى في عاجلٍ وأواخر

And directions encompassing or time containing Him

Transcendent and beyond beginning or end

وأنكر أقوام وصدوا وأعرضوا

فقومهم بالمرهفات البواتر

All-Knowing, Ever-Living, Powerful, Speaker

Willful, Hearing, Seeing the origins

وسار إليهم بالجيوش وبعضهم

ملائكة أكر بهم من موازر

His knowledge encompassed the lowest of the low and highest of the high

And He knows what manifests and what lies in the breasts

وما زال يغزوهم بكل كتيبةٍ

مكرمةٍ أنصارها كالمهاجر

Out of nothingness, by His might, all worlds

So magnified thereby the Might of the Almighty God

إلى أن أجابوا دعوة الحق فاهتدوا

وأسلم منهم كل طاغ وكافر

And nothing exists that was or is to exist

Except by will of Allah, without any limitation

وأدخلهم في الدين قهراً وعنوةً

بحد المواضي والرماح الشواجر

He hears movement of the ant in its creeping

And knows what lies under tumultuous seas

لسطوته تخشى الملوك وتتقي

ومن بأسه خافت حماةُ العشائر

Indeed, Speech of Allah describes His Essence

Not a creation, contrary to those in error

تسير الصبا والرعب شهراً بنصره

تزلزلهم من قبل غاز وغائر

And His Acts are favor, justice and wisdom

Not darkness, not tyranny, not unjust

فراياته معقودةً وجنوده

مؤيدة بالنصر من خير ناصر

He gives reward for obedience, grace and blessing

And His punishment is justice for disobedient transgressor

وأخلاقه محمودةٌ وصفاته

وأعداؤه مقهورةٌ بالذوائر

All existing things glorify in His praise

And prostrate glorifying, what magnificence He possesses

وآياته مشهورةً وشهيرةً

وظاهرةٍ ما بين بادٍ وحاضر

Pure is He, Creator of the most Majestic

And Greatest, Architect of pouring clouds

له آية المعراج وهي عظيمةٌ

وكم آيةٍ لم يحصها حصر حاصر

Reviver thereby of lifeless from the dormant earth

Cultivator thereby of all luscious and delightful

ودعوته عم الإله بحكمها

جميع البرايا من قديم وآخر

Raiser of celestial spheres, a lesson

Beautifying them with brilliant stars

ومعجزة القرآن في عظم شأنها

مؤيدةٍ حتى قيام المحاشر

Directer of winds to the scattered particles by His Will

Withholder in the atmosphere thereby every bird aloft

وأقسم رب العالمين بعمره

فأعظم بها من مالك الملك قادر

Anchorer of the lands with mountains and in both combined

Signs O Lord therein evident and splendid

وفي الحشر حوض واللوى وقيامه

لفصل القضا بعد اعتذار الأكابر

And in the sea how many a Sign leaves dumbfounded

And swim glorifying His magnificence every witness

فيشفع مقبول الشفاعة والورى

بجملتهم ما بين باك وحائر

By it ships sail laden by His command

And palaces afloat made from finest jewels

نبي الهدى لا تنسني من شفاعةٍ

فإن مسيءٌ مذنبٌ ذو جرائر

And ponder the wonders in the animals therein

Lowly and arrogant – take heed an awaken heart

ألا يا رسول اللَه عطفاً ورحمة

لمسترحم مستنظر للمبادر

And how much wisdoms in lifeless minerals, a lesson

To one contemplating, present hearted and aware

ألا يا حبيب اللَه غوثاً وغارةً

لدى كربةٍ مسودةٍ كالدياجر

Indeed Allah filled the worlds with wisdom

Loading it with marvelous wonders

ألا يا خليل اللَه نجدةَ ماجدٍ

كريم السجايا كاشفاً للمعاسر

That onlookers may witness and realize

The power of the Creator for them Benevolent Almighty

ألا يا أمين اللَه أمناً لخائفٍ

أتى هارباً من ذنبه المتكاثر

And ascertain that there is no god but Allah

Holy is Allah my Lord and Maker

ألا يا صفي اللَه قم بي فإنني

بكم وإليكم يا شريف العناصر

I bear witness that Allah has no Lord except Him

God Knowing, Informed of the unseen

وسيلتنا العظمى إلى اللَه أنت يا

ملاذ الورى من كل باد وحاضر

Sovereign of all worlds His servants

Under His coerce is humbled small and great

وياغوث كل المسلمين وغيثهم

وعصمتهم من كل خوف وضائر

Standing at His threshold beseeching Him

Fearing Him in humiliation and lowliness

حمى اللَه أرض حل فيها ضريحك ال

معظم يا تاج العلا والمفاخر

I bear witness that Allah sent Muhammad

To mankind emanating guidance and insights

وحيا وأحيانا بتيسير عودة

إليها على حال جميل وسادر

He delivered Allah's message truthfully

As trustee, compassionate, magnanimous and patient

ليبرد حر بالفؤاد يثيره اش

تياق لقلبي شامل ولظاهر

He struggled in the way of Allah, Holy His Majesty

Persevering until turning every arrogance

وعى اللَه أوقاتاً بطيبة قد خلت

وتذكارها مازال حشر سرائري

I bear witness that death is true and all

That follows it: Resurrection from the tombs

يمثلها فكري فاهتز نحوها

بوجد لطيف أريحي وقاهر

Gathering, Scale, Fire, Paradise

Path, Fount, sweet and fragrant water

إلى المصطفى المختار صفوة ربه

وصاحبه الصديق خير موازر

For our Master and Intercessor Muhammad

Praised for all deeds and relics

وفاروقه البر التقى وبضعة ال

رسول هي أم الطيبين الزواهر

Upon him prayers encompassing his Household

With the disciples from Lord Bountiful Forgiver

وعثمان ذي النورين مع كل من حوى

بقيع الندى من سادة وأكابر

Do not forget our Benefactor Abu Al-Hasan the Content

Even though he isn't housed in those tombs

لا تنس مولانا أبا الحسن الرضي

وإن كان لم يدفن بتلك المقابر

For Mughniya's dome, and the mourner, and Ramla's ground

And Uhud and Su'la and the elevated places and relics

لمغنى قباها والكئيب ورامة

وأحد وسلع والنقل والمآثر

May my God give drink, all with showers of mercy

From downpours heavy pouring

سقاها إلهي كل وابل رحمةً

من المعصرات المغدقات المواطر

وأنبتها من كل زوج بثمره

وأزهاره تمتبع نفس وناظر

وللحرمين الأكرمين سؤالنا

من اللَه أمناً شاملاً للمظاهر

وعافية من كل بؤس وفتنةٍ

ورزقاً هنياً واسعاً غير قاصر

وأن يستقيم الحق والدين فيهما

وتحيا من الإسلام كل الدوائر

وفي سائر الأقطار من أهل ديننا

وذلك فضل من كريم وقادر

إله رحيم محسن متجاوز

على كل بر في الوجود وفاجر

له الحمد لا نحصي ثناء وشكره

على نعم لم يحصها حصر حاصر

على ما هدانا واحتبانا وخصنا

وخولنا في ظاهر وسرائر

على جلبه المحبوب من كل نافع

على دفعه المرهوب من كل ضائر

على المن والطول الذي لم يزل به

يعود علينا بالأيادي الغوامر

على لطفه الجاري الخفي وتستره ال

جميل وفضل فائض متكاثر

وبر ومعروف وخير موسع

وجود وإحسان عظيم ووافر

فكم نعمة أسدى وكم محنة زوى

وكم كربة أجلى بسر ظاهر

وكم سقم عافى وكم معتد كفى

ورد بسعي خائب غير ظافر

وكم حاسد يبغي العوائل كاده

وأكبته فانكب في حال حاسر

فلست بشر الله ربي وخالقي

أقوم على إحسانه المتواتر

ولكنني بالعجز عن حق شكره

مقر ولو شمرت في سعي شاكر

ولو كان لي عمر الدنا وقطعته

بأفضل شكر الشاكرين الأكابر

وأضعاف أضعاف الجميع مضاعفاً

بلا أمد يأتي عليه وآخر

لما قمت بالشكر الذي هو أهله

وكنت مع التشمير في وصف قاصر

فكيف وإني لست في حفظ حقه

وفي شكره ىت بطوفي وحاضر

وأستغفر اللَه العظيم لزلتي

وعجزي وتقصيري وعظم جرائري

وأسأله لطفاً وعوناً ورحمةً

ولطفاً ويسراً كاشفاً للمعاسر

وللعفو والغفران والصفح أرتجي

من اللَه غفار الذنوب الكبائر

فظني جميل في إلهي وخالقي

وحسبي به في قابل التوب غافر

نوحده سبحانه وهو واحد

تقدس عن مثل له ومناظر

وليس له في ذاته وصفاته

شريك تعالى اللَه عن قول كافر

وجل عن التشبيه والكيف ربنا

وعن كل ما يجري بوهم وخاطر

وعن جهةٍ تحوية أو زمن به

يحد تعالى عن بدو وآخر

عليم وحي قادر متكلم

مريد سميع مبصر بالمصادر

أحاط بتحت التحت والفوق علمه

ويعلم ما يبدو وما في الضمائر

وعن عدم أنشا العوالم كلها

بقدرتها فأعظم بقدرة قادر

ولا كائن قد أو هو كائن

سوي بمراد اللَه من غير حاصر

ويسمع حس النمل عند دبيبه

ويعلم ما تحت البحار الزواخر

وإن كلام اللَه وصف لذاته

وليس بمخلوق خلافاً لضاغر

وأفعاله فضل وعدل وحكمة

وليس بظلام وليس بجائر

يثيب علي الطاعات فضلاً ومنة

وتعذيبه قسط لعاص وفاجر

تسبح كل الكائنات بحمده

وتسجد إعظا ما له عن تصاغر

فسبحانه من خالق ما أجله

وأعظمه منشي السحاب المواطر

ومحيي بها ميتاً من الأرض هامداً

ومنبتها من كل رطب وناطر

ورافع أطباق السموات عبرة

مزينها بالنيرات الزواهر

ومجرى الرياح للذاريات بمايشا

وممسك في جو الهدى كل طائر

ومرسي الأراضي بالجبال وفيهما

جميعاً من الآيات يا رب باهر

وفي البحر كم من آيةٍ حار عندها

وسبح إعظاماً له كل ناظر

به الفلك تجرى شاحنات بأمره

ولحم طرى من نفيس الجواهر

وفي الحيوانات العجائب فاعتبر

وفكر وعد بالطرف خاس وحاسر

وكم من الجمادات الصوامت عبرة

لمعتبر مستيقظ القلب حاضر

لقد ملأ اللَه العوالم حكمة

وأشحنها بالمتبدعات البواهر

لينظر فيها الناظرون فيعلموا

بها قدرة المنشئ لها خير قادر

واستيقنوا أن لا إله وخالقاً

سوى اللَه جل اللَه ربي وفاطري

وأشهد أن اللَه لا رب غيره

إله عليم عالم بالسرائر

مليك جميع العالمين عبيده

وفي قهره من صاغر وأكابر

وقوف على أبوابه يرتجونه

ويخشونه عن ذلة وتصاغر

وأشهد أن اللَه أرسل أحمداً

إلى الخلق طراً بالهدى والبصائر

فبلغ أمر اللَه تبليغ صادق

امين شفيق واسع الصدر صابر

وجاهد في الرحمن جل جلاله

وشمر حتى رد كل مكابر

واشهد أن الموت حق وكل ما

أني بعده من بعث من في المقابر

وحشر وميزان ونار وجنة

وجسر وحوض طيب الماء عاطر

لسيدنا الهادي الشفيع محمد

حميد المساعي كلها والمآثر

عليه صلاة تشمل الآل بعده

مع الصحب من رب كريم وغافر
