مَوْلايَ دانَتْ لَكَ السُعودُ

مَوْلايَ دانَتْ لَكَ السُعودُ

أخْطَأتُ أخْطَأتُ لا أعُودُ

أخْطَأتُ أخْطَأتُ لا أعُودُ

My lord, good fortune has bowed to you.

My Master, good fortune is yours

I erred, I erred; I will not do so again.

I have erred, I have erred, I shall not repeat

مَا لِي بَراحٌ ولا انْتِزاحٌ

مَا لِي بَراحٌ ولا انْتِزاحٌ

مَوْتِيَ فِي أرْضِكُم خُلودُ

مَوْتِيَ فِي أرْضِكُم خُلودُ

For me there is no leaving, nor moving away.

I have no relief or escape

My death in your land is immortality.

My death is eternal in your lands

كُنْ لِي شَفِيعاً إلى إمَامٍ

كُنْ لِي شَفِيعاً إلى إمَامٍ

لَيْسَ عَلى فَضْلِهِ مَزيدُ

لَيْسَ عَلى فَضْلِهِ مَزيدُ

Be my intercessor with an imam

Be my intercessor with an Imam

Whose excellence cannot be surpassed.

Whose bounty has no bounds

عَادَتُهُ العَفْو والموالِي

عَادَتُهُ العَفْو والموالِي

تَعْفو إِذا أخْطَأَ العَبيدُ

تَعْفو إِذا أخْطَأَ العَبيدُ

His custom is forgiveness, and masters

His nature is to pardon and grace

Forgive when slaves err.

He forgives when servants make mistakes
