هذِهِ روضَةُ الرسولِ فَدَعني

هذِهِ روضَةُ الرسولِ فَدَعني

أبذُلِ الدَمعَ في الصعيدِ السعيدِ

أبذُلِ الدَمعَ في الصعيدِ السعيدِ

This is the Messenger's garden, so let me

This is the garden of the Prophet, so let me

pour out my tears upon the blessed ground.

Shed tears on this blessed ground

لا تَلُمني على انسكابِ دُموعي

لا تَلُمني على انسكابِ دُموعي

إنّما صُنتُها لهذا الصعيدِ

إنّما صُنتُها لهذا الصعيدِ

Do not blame me for the spilling of my tears;

Do not blame me for shedding my tears

I have saved them for this ground alone.

I have saved them for this sacred place
