وكيفَAnd how يكونُcould He be مَحجوراًrestricted عليهِupon Him
وكيفَ يكونُ مَحجوراً عليهِ
وقَدand indeed خَلَقَHe created الخلائِقَthe creatures والفِعالاand the deeds
وقَد خَلَقَ الخلائِقَ والفِعالا
And how could He be subject to restriction,
How can He be restricted
when He has created creatures and deeds?
When He created all creatures and their deeds?
فَكُلٌّSo everything مُلكُهُHis dominion منfrom غيرِother than حِجرٍrestriction
فَكُلٌّ مُلكُهُ من غيرِ حِجرٍ
تعالىExalted is اللَهGod عنabove حِجرٍrestriction تَعالىexalted is He
تعالى اللَه عن حِجرٍ تَعالى
For everything is under His dominion, without restriction;
Each owns their dominion without restriction.
Exalted is God above restriction—exalted is He!
Exalted is Allah above any restriction, Exalted!
