وكل عضو فداه كل اعضائي
My two eyes, rather than anyone else's, are a ransom for yours.
My eyes I sacrifice for yours, beyond all people's eyes,
And all my limbs are a ransom for each of yours.
And every limb I sacrifice for all your limbs.

They wish that within us were lodged
I wish my soul itself was sacrificed for your soul,
What you suffer in an inflamed eye of yours.
So my body would not complain of your sale of me in blindness.

Ever gazing upon the Book of God, it has been filled
Spectacles for reading God's book, filled
With fear of the Hereafter, with apprehension and a lowered gaze.
With fear of the Return, in tender sympathy.

فارفع حجابك وانظر للاحباء
And you used to look upon us without a veil;
While you, unveiled, were our onlooker,
So lift your veil and look upon your loved ones.
So lift your veil and look upon loved ones.
