صَبراًbe patient عَلىin the face of الهُمومِworries وَالأَحزانِand sorrows
صَبراً عَلى الهُمومِ وَالأَحزانِ
وَفُرقَةِand separation from الأَحبابِloved ones وَالإِخوانِand brothers
وَفُرقَةِ الأَحبابِ وَالإِخوانِ
Be patient in the face of cares and sorrows,
Be patient in the face of worries and sorrows,
and separation from loved ones and brethren.
And separation from loved ones and brothers;
فَإِنَّfor indeed هَذاthis خُلُقُthe nature of الزَمانِtime
فَإِنَّ هَذا خُلُقُ الزَمانِ
فَإِنَّfor indeed هَذاthis خُلُقُthe nature of الزَمانِtime
فَإِنَّ هَذا خُلُقُ الزَمانِ
For this is the nature of time;
For this, indeed, is the nature of time.
