لَبَّيكَat your service أَلفَينِtwo thousand ياO مَولايَmy lord لَبَّيكاat your service
At your service, O you who called me when you stumbled.
If I had been near Thee when Thou hear'st me,
At your service two thousand times, O my lord, at your service!
I would have made my cheek to be earth beneath Thy feet.
لَوif كُنتُI was مِنكَfrom you قَريباًnear حينَwhen تَسمَعُنيyou hear me
جَعَلتُI made خَدَّيَّmy two cheeks أَرضاًground تَحتَbeneath رِجلَيكاyour two feet
Were I near you when you hear me,
My body shall shield Thee from that which Thou complainest of pain,
I would make my cheeks the ground beneath your feet.
And the tears of mine eyes shall ransom the tears of Thine eyes.
جِسميmy body يُقيكَshields you الَّذيthat which تَشكوهُyou complain of it مِنof أَلَمٍpain
وَدَمعُand tears عَينَيَّmy two eyes يَفديransoms دَمعَtears عَينَيكاyour two eyes
My body shields you from the pain you complain of,
And the tears of my eyes ransom the tears of yours.
