A flash of lightning appeared to him and kept him awake.
A lightning flashed, stirring him awake,
So he spent the night watching the stars, dejected.
So he spent the night shepherding the stars, depressed,

His eyelids obeyed him when he wept
until, when he tries to sleep, it refuses.
