المالwealth عونan aid علىto التقوىpiety وربماand sometimes
المال عون على التقوى وربما
شغلتyou are distracted عنهاfrom it بهby it فاقنعso be content بماwith what قسماhas been allotted
شغلت عنها به فاقنع بما قسما
Wealth is an aid to piety, yet sometimes
Wealth assists in pious deeds, and yet
you are distracted from it by wealth; be content with what has been allotted.
It may distract you from righteousness, so be content with what's been apportioned
ثمthen اتقfear اللهGod يرزقكHe will provide for you الإِلهGod بهاthrough it
ثم اتق الله يرزقك الإِله بها
منfrom حيثwhere لمdid not تحتسبyou expect رزقاًsustenance كماas حكماHe decreed
من حيث لم تحتسب رزقاً كما حكما
Then fear God; through piety, God will grant you
Then fear God, and He will provide you through it
sustenance from where you did not expect it, as He has decreed.
From where you least expect, as He has decreed
