تصرف في عبيدك كيف شئتا

فإنا قدر رضينا ما رضيتا

فإنا قدر رضينا ما رضيتا

Deal with your servants however you wish.

Do as you wish with your slaves,

For we have accepted whatever you accepted [one word is unclear in context].

For we accept whatever you accept.

ودم في الف عافية ونعما

ودم في الف عافية ونعما

فنحن بالف خير ما بقيتا

فنحن بالف خير ما بقيتا

And may you remain in thousandfold well-being and blessings.

A thousand greetings and blessings,

For we are blessed a thousandfold as long as you remain.

For we have a thousand bounties as long as you remain.

حفظت صنيع إسمعيل فينا

حفظت صنيع إسمعيل فينا

فما ضيعت فيه ولا نسيتا

فما ضيعت فيه ولا نسيتا

You preserved Ismaʿil’s kindness toward us.

You have preserved the kindness of Ishmael towards us,

So you neither neglected it nor forgot it.

You have neither lost it nor forgotten it.

وعاب على صنائعه الينا

وعاب على صنائعه الينا

فإسمعيل حيا لن يموتا

فإسمعيل حيا لن يموتا

And he found fault with his benefactions toward us [wording unclear].

And he blamed his kindness to us,

So Ismaʿil lives and will never die.

For Ishmael is alive and will never die.
