إني أريك الذنب مني

O son of noble virtues and glory,

O son of virtues and nobility

Indeed, I show you my sin.

فلقد ثملت بليتي

في منزلي من خمر دن

في منزلي من خمر دن

For I became drunk, to my misfortune,

For I have become drunk

In my home, on wine from a jar.

In my home with wine of disgrace

والعفو من شيم الكرام

والعفو من شيم الكرام

فأن تشأ عفوت عني

فأن تشأ عفوت عني

And forgiveness is among the traits of the noble.
