Love of three women

all purified, is a creed:

Of pure, lofty creed

Aisha, to whom belongs glory

Aisha, who has the pride

of exalted rank;

Of greatest rank

برّأها الرحمن من

فرية أهل الكذب

فرية أهل الكذب

the Most Merciful cleared her of

Cleared by the Most Merciful

the slander of liars;

Of the slander of the liars

وقبلها فاطمة

وقبلها فاطمة

ذات العلى والنسب

ذات العلى والنسب

and before her, Fatima,

And before her, Fatima

possessed of eminence and noble lineage;

Of the highest lineage

وابدأ بأزكى منهما

وابدأ بأزكى منهما

ربة بيت النصب

ربة بيت النصب

and begin with one purer than them both,

And I begin with the best of them

the mistress of the house of toil.
