فهو قد أحيى بني برمكها
وبنيand sons of خاقانهاits Khāqān علماًlearning وجوداand generosity
وبني خاقانها علماً وجودا
For he has indeed revived its sons of Barmak
He revived the sons of her fallen towers,
and its sons of Khāqān, in learning and generosity.
And the sons of her lost rulers, knowledge and existence
