عدلٌjustice أقامَhe set aright بِهِthrough it البِلادَthe lands فأصبَحَتso they became
عدلٌ أقامَ بِهِ البِلادَ فأصبَحَت
مَرعِيَّةَcared for الأَوطارِthe needs والأوطانِand the homelands
مَرعِيَّةَ الأَوطارِ والأوطانِ
With justice he set the lands aright, so that
their needs and homelands were cared for.
