قد قامَ ميلادُ الرسولِ على يَدي

قد قامَ ميلادُ الرسولِ على يَدي

مَلِكٍ إِلى داعي الصلاحِ سريعِ

مَلِكٍ إِلى داعي الصلاحِ سريعِ

The Prophet's birthday has been celebrated at the hands of

a king swift to heed the call to righteousness.

ملكُ الجلالةِ والبسالةِ والنُّهَى

ملكُ الجلالةِ والبسالةِ والنُّهَى

ذو منصَبٍ في المكرماتِ رفيعِ

ذو منصَبٍ في المكرماتِ رفيعِ

A king of majesty, valor, and wisdom,

of lofty rank in noble deeds.

مَن مِثلُ يوسف نجل إسماعيل في

مَن مِثلُ يوسف نجل إسماعيل في

مالٍ مُذالٍ أو حُمّى ممنوعِ

مالٍ مُذالٍ أو حُمّى ممنوعِ

Who is like Yusuf, son of Ismail, in

wealth freely bestowed or a domain held inviolate?

مجدٌ تواتر كابراً عن كابرٍ

مجدٌ تواتر كابراً عن كابرٍ

إسنادُ فخرٍ ليسَ بالمقطوعِ

إسنادُ فخرٍ ليسَ بالمقطوعِ

Glory passed down from one great man to another,

an unbroken chain of honor.

من آل نصرٍ ناصري دينَ الهُدى

من آل نصرٍ ناصري دينَ الهُدى

بمضاء لا وانٍ ولا مخدوعِ

بمضاء لا وانٍ ولا مخدوعِ

From the house of Nasr, defenders of the faith of right guidance,

with the resolve of one neither faltering nor deceived.

فوليَّه مستبشِرٌ جذلانَ قد

فوليَّه مستبشِرٌ جذلانَ قد

نالَ المُنَى بعدوِّه المقموعِ

نالَ المُنَى بعدوِّه المقموعِ

So his ally rejoices, jubilant, having

attained his wishes, with his enemy subdued.

والدينُ في عِزٍّ وأمنٍ شاملٍ

والدينُ في عِزٍّ وأمنٍ شاملٍ

والكفرُ في ذُلٍّ وفي تركيع

والكفرُ في ذُلٍّ وفي تركيع

And the faith enjoys might and all-embracing security,

and unbelief lies in humiliation, forced to its knees.
