  1. فسيفك مسلولٌ وعدلُكَ شامِلٌ

    وحِلمُكَ مأمُولٌ وجودُكَ خضرم

    For your sword is unsheathed, and your justice encompasses all.

    And your forbearance is hoped for, and your generosity is boundless.
