واصدع بأمرك فهو ماض حكمه
لاno مطمعhope لمعاندfor an adversary فيof ردّهoverturning it
لا مطمع لمعاند في ردّه
And proclaim your command, for its decree prevails.
Roar thy command, its rule is done,
No adversary can hope to overturn it.
No hope for him who would oppose.
