ياO شادِناًyoung gazelle ملكتهI gave him mastery over رقِّيmy bondage
يا شادِناً ملكته رقِّي
فلستُfor I am not أرجوdesiring راحةَthe relief of العِتقِbeing freed
فلستُ أرجو راحةَ العِتقِ
O young gazelle, to whom I have given myself in bondage,
For I do not desire the relief of being freed.
