تناديshe calls to حفرةًa grave أعيتwas unable جواباًan answer
تنادي حفرةً أعيت جواباً
فقدfor indeed ولهتshe became distraught وصمand grew deaf بهاwithin it صداهاher echo
فقد ولهت وصم بها صداها
She calls to a grave that cannot answer;
Calling out to a grave that has grown weary of answering
for she has become distraught, and her echo has grown deaf within it.
For it has become indifferent and its echo has faded
