أنتَ الكرى مُؤنساً عيني وبعضُهُم
مثلُlike القَذىgrit in the eye مانعاًpreventing عينيmy eye منfrom الوَسَنِdrowsiness
مثلُ القَذى مانعاً عيني من الوَسَنِ
You are slumber, comforting my eye, while some of them
You are the most beloved companion to my eyes while others
Are like grit, keeping my eye from drowsiness.
Are like specks of dust, preventing my eyes from sleep
