I looked at Raphael, striding proudly in flowing robes,
I gazed upon Raphael pacing gracefully
in a robe of glory adorned by the beauty of his form.
In robes of glory, adorned by his noble spirit
فَشَبَّهتُهُso I likened him بَدراًto a full moon زَهاshone radiantly فيin كَمالِهِits perfection

وَلَكِنَّهُ يَمتازُ عَنهُ بِخَلقِه
So I likened him to a full moon, radiant in its perfection,
I compared him to a full moon in its perfection
yet he surpasses it in his form.
Yet he was distinguished from it by his character
