شَرَّفتَ مَنزِلَ مَن يَرجوكَ فَاِبتَهَجَت

شَرَّفتَ مَنزِلَ مَن يَرجوكَ فَاِبتَهَجَت

بِنورِ وَجهِكَ أَرجاءَ المَكانِ لَهُ

بِنورِ وَجهِكَ أَرجاءَ المَكانِ لَهُ

You graced the home of one who hopes for you, and there rejoiced

You graced the home of one who hopes in you, bringing joy

in the light of your face, for him, all the quarters of the place.

To the corners of his dwelling with the light of your face.

وَأَنتَ بَدرُ المَعالي في أُفقِ مَنزِلِنا

وَأَنتَ بَدرُ المَعالي في أُفقِ مَنزِلِنا

وَالبَدرُ في السَيرِ لا يَعدو مَنازِلَهُ

وَالبَدرُ في السَيرِ لا يَعدو مَنازِلَهُ

You are the full moon of lofty honors on the horizon of our home;

And you are the full moon of glory on the horizon of our home,

and the moon, in its course, never passes beyond its appointed mansions.

And the full moon, in its course, does not go beyond its stations.
