أراني الله بالنعم المندى

ببرقة رحرحان وقد أراني

ببرقة رحرحان وقد أراني

May God show me the well-watered herds

At Raḥraḥān’s stony tract—as He has shown me before—

لحي الأنكدين وحي عبس

لحي الأنكدين وحي عبس

وحي نعامة وبني غدان

وحي نعامة وبني غدان

Belonging to the clan of al-Ankadayn and the clan of ʿAbs,

And the clan of Naʿāmah and the sons of Ghudān.
