عم الأنامَ كنور شمسٍ أشرقا

The Mother of God said to us, and her bounty

The Mother of God said to us, her grace

Encompassed humankind like the light of a sun shining forth:

Spread over people like the light of a rising sun

أنا فيَّ حقّاً كلُّ مسلك نعمةٍ

أنا فيَّ حقّاً كلُّ مسلك نعمةٍ

ورجا حياةٍ والفضيلةُ والتقى

ورجا حياةٍ والفضيلةُ والتقى

“I have within me, truly, every path of grace,

Truly in me is every path of blessing

And hope of life, and virtue and piety.

And hope of life, virtue and piety

ميلوا إليَّ تائقين لأن بي

ميلوا إليَّ تائقين لأن بي

كنزاً غنيّاً لا يدانيه الشقا

كنزاً غنيّاً لا يدانيه الشقا

Turn to me with longing, for within me is

Incline toward me, longing, for in me

A rich treasure that misery cannot approach.”

Is a rich treasure nothing can rival
