1. O sea, we are indeed exhausted
Since the day we were cast into your surging waves

2. You are not constrained, buried beneath the soil
Rather we, by Allah, are above the soil, constrained

3. Eyes weep for you, you are their comfort
Yet the Truth has not decreed the sea to cry in stillness

4. In every tightness of time, you remain relief
So may Allah increase the reward of people in relief
