في ذروة المجد العظيم

في ذروة المجد العظيم

When the full moon of eminence appeared

When the full moon rose high

At the summit of mighty glory,

At the pinnacle of great glory,

والسعد قد عم الملا

والسعد قد عم الملا

أرخت محفوظٌ سليم

أرخت محفوظٌ سليم

And good fortune had embraced all the people,

And good fortune spread through the land,

I marked the date: 'Protected and unharmed.'

I relaxed, safe and sound.
