1. He saw it in our tomorrow
Because he was one of tomorrow's people

2. If he hadn't promised it to us
Our concern would have been for something else

3. And he wouldn't have been one of these people
But we pitied his crying

4. And we didn't follow our passion
Rather, we followed his passion

5. And we didn't want our consent
Rather, we wanted his consent

6. Until we ate our hands out of hunger
So his hands withered

7. Where is the answered, blessed one
In which his prayers are answered

8. Because from it he willed
Its fragmentation for his arrows

9. So he returned in it and kept
His life, no life

10. And God sufficed us from it
With his grace and sufficed

11. It was disgraceful that we don't see it
Since our being is not seeing him
