And branches of trees that do not fear their withering,

5. When the blamers see it one day,

17. When the south wind takes its rein,
It sends after a night its acceptance,

18. And it sends loaded with its tithe,
His convoys that bleat with tribute and their bounties

19. She-camels that the track does not straighten their briskness
Though the separation extends with the belovedโs inclination

20. How many times has its scent cooled an ardently enamored soul
And soothed an anguished heart with its slight anguish

21. The winds cross the sandy backs of its sands
So it overpowers them with the power of the train and inspires them

22. Dwellings that do not distress the leader
Or humiliate its guest,

And it rumbles from hitting the highlands, and its neighing,

For its markers and enclosures have been lost,

30. And we are a game prey, if its might rages,

With which we engulf the throats of enemies and their entirety,

33. Steeds have tried everyone tested

With eggshell white expanses and highlands flowing its floods

35. It pours with the shedding of blood its torrents
And the necks of men flow with its loads,

36. Whenever the glorious Hashimites rage and its seas flood,
And the briskets of houses pour its torrents,

ููุณุงููุช ุจูุทูููุงุจู ุงูุจูููุชู ุณููููููุง
37. Storming under the saddles are its riders,
And startled under the coats of mail are its steeds,

38. And every hissing viper is swift,
Whether it departs or lodges,

39. As if on the back of darkness are its vanguards,
And in the hand of the most high winds are its forelocks,

40. I saw all the efforts and the branches of glory followed one another,
If one day it competes, its gain slackens,

41. And the farfetched goal empties its floods,
Or it tilts with spears for the encounter and its bands,

42. So the courageous whose chests do not retreat tasted it,
And the steeds whose lead cannot be repelled tasted it,

43. And the guarding warriors repelling from the protected

47. If he attacked, we said the lion pounced together,
And if he gave, we said the Nile of Egypt flooded from its sources,
