1. The eyes wept when crying,
At the time of cannons and blood,
2. An old man sitting, whom they cast
The world was amazed at their vileness and stupidity,
3. And when will the miserable rockets shake
A mountain?! So miserable are the cowards!

A towering mountain of dignity and resoluteness

The path of jihad, nobility, and loyalty

So that our nation does not remain without illumination

And if you growl, their terror is like hyenas
9. And they saw you as a spirit that brings the dead to life
From the grave of disgrace and humiliation of servants

Chaste, with her virginity and modesty

Dance over the agony of the mutilated
13. This was your life then your death exposed
Their nakedness and immorality openly
14. Did they not see that blood, how much it grew
In our land ranks of martyrs?
15. How can words come alive while there is no
Difference between fools and eloquent?

While our armies are sheep in vanity?

So that his death becomes the wish of the generous?

18. O pride of our nation and terror of our enemies
O you who dispelled our darkness with light

O you for whom our hearts bled
20. O you for whom the land wept like a bereaved woman
The lion of evil weeps for you everywhere

The hope of meeting again saddens the wounds
