أَمّاas for الحَرامُthe forbidden فإنّهُthen indeed it is ليto me صاحِبٌa companion
أَمّا الحَرامُ فإنّهُ لي صاحِبٌ
وإليهِand to it فِيّconcerning me الأَمْرُauthority والأَحْكامُand the judgments
وإليهِ فِيّ الأَمْرُ والأَحْكامُ
As for the forbidden, it is indeed my companion;
The forbidden is my companion,
And with it rest authority and judgments concerning me.
To it belong my will and decree.
