لا يوحِشَنّكَ ما اسْتَحْمَلْتُ مِنْ سَقَمٍ

لا يوحِشَنّكَ ما اسْتَحْمَلْتُ مِنْ سَقَمٍ

فإنَّ مُنْزِلَهُ بي أَحْسَنُ النّاسِ

فإنَّ مُنْزِلَهُ بي أَحْسَنُ النّاسِ

Let not the illness I have borne dismay you,

Do not let what I have endured of illness dishearten you,

for the one who brought it upon me is the fairest of people.

For I am in the most excellent place inhabited by people.
