ولابسا كلَّ ما يصفو من النِّعَمِ

ولابسا كلَّ ما يصفو من النِّعَمِ

May you never cease to hear the purest melodies,

You still hear the most melodious tunes,

and be clothed in every unalloyed blessing.

And wear the finest garments.

والحمد والشكر مقرونان فيك بما

والحمد والشكر مقرونان فيك بما

أَوليت في الناسِ من جودٍ ومن كَرم

أَوليت في الناسِ من جودٍ ومن كَرم

And praise and gratitude are joined in honoring you for the

Thanks and praise are linked in you

bounty and generosity you have bestowed among people.

For the generosity and kindness you have shown people.

والعز والسعد في رأيٍ تشير به

والعز والسعد في رأيٍ تشير به

وأنت من حادثاتِ الدهر في حَرَمِ

وأنت من حادثاتِ الدهر في حَرَمِ

And honor and good fortune lie in the counsel you offer,

Glory and fortune are found in the counsel you give,

and you are in sanctuary from the calamities of time.

You are protected from the blows of fate.

إذا همتَ بقصدٍ في الضمير أتَتْ

إذا همتَ بقصدٍ في الضمير أتَتْ

به السعادةُ قبلَ الأمرِ بالكَلِم

به السعادةُ قبلَ الأمرِ بالكَلِم

Whenever you resolve upon a purpose in your heart, it is brought about

When you intend something in your heart,

by good fortune before the command is spoken.

Good fortune comes before a word is spoken.
