هُمُthey المُتَخَيِّرونَthose who choose عَلىfor المَناياdeath
هُمُ المُتَخَيِّرونَ عَلى المَنايا
نُفوسَthe souls ذَويthose possessing الرِياسَةِauthority بِاِقتِراحِat will
نُفوسَ ذَوي الرِياسَةِ بِاِقتِراحِ
They are the ones who choose for death
They are the ones who ponder death,
the souls of those in authority, as they please.
The souls of leaders with their advice.
