كَأَنَّما نَكهَتُها كامَخٌ

كَأَنَّما نَكهَتُها كامَخٌ

أَو حُزمَةٌ مِن حُزَمِ الثومِ

أَو حُزمَةٌ مِن حُزَمِ الثومِ

It is as though her breath were kāmakh,

As though its taste were a doughnut,

Or one of the bundles of garlic.

Or a bundle of garlic bulbs.
