إِنif جاءَهُcomes to him مُرتَغِباًseeking a favor سائِلٌa petitioner
إِن جاءَهُ مُرتَغِباً سائِلٌ
آلَتpasses إِلَيهِto him رَغبَةُthe desire السائِلِof the petitioner
آلَت إِلَيهِ رَغبَةُ السائِلِ
If a petitioner comes to him seeking a favor,
If a beggar comes to him seeking,
The petitioner's desire passes to him.
The beggar's desire turns to him.
