My good opinion of you—may God grant you happiness—

And the words of God's Messenger drew me to you,
when he spoke with utter clarity:
إِنif أَرَدتُمyou all seek حَوائِجاًrequests عِندَwith قَومٍa people

“If you have requests to make of a people,
then choose the fair of face to fulfill them.”
وَلَعمريand by my life لَقَدindeed تَخَيَّرتُI have chosen carefully وَجهاًa face

And by my life, I have indeed chosen a face
through whom no seeker of success has ever failed.
