١١٧. وَزَفسُ رَبُّ الخَلقِ قَسَّامُ القِسَم
أَولاهُمُ الوُدَّ وأَجزَلَ النِّعِم

118. Came in fifty hurried ships
Known as Hellenes, Myrmidons, or Achaians

١١٨. وفي ثلاثٍ بِبَنِي سِيما أَتى
إِبنُ شَرُوفُسٍ وأَغلايا الفتى

119. The people of Alos, Atrakos
And Phthia, then the Halousians

١١٩. نِيرِيُسٌ أَجملُ أَهلِ الحَملةِ
غِلاَّ ابنَ فيلا القَرمَ عالي الهِمَّةِ

120. Led by brilliant Achilles highly revered
But he avoided war due to events

١٢٠. لكنَّهُ طَبعاً ضَعيفُ الباسِ
ولم يَكُن الابِنَزرِ النَّاسِ

121. Secluded by the ships, he fumed
Over Brisëís, nursing his rancor

١٢١. وفي ثلاثينَ مَلا فِيلبُّسِ
وَأَنطِفُوسٍ وَلَدَي ثَسَّالُسِ

122. Whom he had taken from Lyrnessos, whose might
He ravaged, spreading misery

١٢٢. مَن كانَ مِن رَهطِ الهِرَقلِييِّنا
من جُزرِ كالِدنِيَةٍ آتُونا

123. He sacked Thibios and the branch of Eëtion
Mynes and Epistrophos he turned to plunder

١٢٣. ونِيسِرُس إِكرانَثُس كَاسُوسِ
كذاكَ أَرضِ اُورِفيلُس كُوسِ

124. Those bold sons of Evenos
Yet he kept away from that council

١٢٤. تَتلُوهُمُ أَرغُوسَةُ الفَلاسِجَه
بسفُنٍ خَمسين سارت هائِجَه

125. But after this respite
He will rise to fight with all his vigor

١٢٥. قد عُرِفوا باسمِ الهلانِيِّينا
او مِرمِدُونٍ أو أَخائِيينا

126. The people of Phylake and Pyrasa the green
And the sacred hills of Demeter

١٢٦. مَع أَهلِ آلُوفا وإِطراخِينا
وإِفثِيا ثمَّ الأُلُوسِيّينا

127. Iphitos, Antron on the sea cliff
And Aetoena opulent and vast

١٢٧. كذا هِلاَسَ مَوطنِ الحِسانِ
زَعيمُهُم آخيلُ عالي الشَّانِ

فاعتزَلُوا الكِفاحَ والنِّزالا

على بَرِيسا مُضمِراً كُلَّ الحَنَق

بَشَرِّ حَربٍ عَمَّمَت بَلاها

جَنَدَل مِينيساً وإِيفِستَرُفُس

فظَلَّ نائِياً بذاك المَجلِسِ

يَنهَضُ للحرب بكُلِّ شِدَّه

قُدسِ ذِميتيرا الرياضِ الغَرَّا

أَفمِيلُ أَذمِيتَ وليُّ الإِمرَه

145. But after this respite

١٤٥. وَهوَ ابنُ أَلكِستا مَجِيدَةِ النِّسَا
أَجمَلَهِنَّ بِبنَاتِ فَليَسا

146. The army of Hellas came thus
And the kings and commanders total

١٤٦. بسبع فلكٍ أهلُ أُولِيزُونا
ثُوماكِيا مِيليبِيا مِثيُونا

١٤٧. زَعيمُها فِيلُكتِتيسُ النَّابِلُ
كُلٌّ بِخَمسينَ أَتَت تُنَاضِلُ

١٤٨. جَمِيعُهُم فاقُوا بضَربِ النَّبلِ
لكِنَّ مَولاهُم شَتِيتُ الشَّملِ

١٤٩. يلقى بِلِمنُوسَ عَنا النَّكالِ
مُلقًى بِجُرحِ حَيَّةٍ عُضالِ

١٥٠. وسَوفَ يَذكُرُونَهُ طُرّاً على
سُفُنُهِم وَهوَ يُقاسي العِلَلا

١٥١. شقَّ عَلَيهِم أَمرُهُ كَثيرا
لكنَّهُم رامُوا لهم أَمِيرا

١٥٢. لذاكَ ولَّوا أَمرَهُم مِيدُونا
إِبنَ سِفاحِ وِيلُسٍ ورِينا

١٥٣. وجُندُ إِترِمكا وإِيتُومَ الأَصَم
أُوخالِيا حيث أُريتُ قد حَكَم

١٥٤. بإمرَةِ ابنَي أَسقَلِيبَ الآسي
مَخَاوُنٍ وفُولَذِيرِ الباسِ

١٥٥. أَشهرُ مَن اتقَنَ عِلمَ الطِّبِّ
على ثلاثِينَ جَرَوا للحَربِ

١٥٦. وجَيشُ أَرمينا كَذا أَستِيرِيا
وأَرض مجرى السَّيلِ في هِيفيرِيا

١٥٧. وشامِخِ الطِّيطانِ مُبيَضِّ القُمَم
بأَربَعينَ مَركباً سُوداً عَزَم

١٥٨. وأُورفِيلُ بينهم زَعيمُ
إِبنُ أَبِيمُونَ الفتى العَظِيمُ

١٥٩. وجُندُ أَرغِيسا وأُولُوسُونا
أُرثا وغِرتُونا وإِيليُونا

١٦٠. فُولِيفِتٌ زَعيمُها ذو البأسِ
إِبنُ فِريثُؤُّس سليلِ زَفَسِ

١٦١. وَهوَ ابنُ هِيفوُذامِيا الحَسناءِ
قد وَضَعَتهُ وأَبُوهُ ناءِي

١٦٢. يقتصُّ من مَرَدَةِ القَناطِرَه
ويلتقيهم بالنِّبالِ الماطرَه

١٦٣. طَرَدَهُم مِن أَرضِ فِيليُونا
إلى شَوامِخِ الأَثيكيِّينا

١٦٤. لم يَنفَرِد فُولِيفِتٌ بالاَمر بَل
لِيُنتُسُ ابنُ آرِسٍ مَعهُ استقل

١٦٥. إِبنُ كرُولُنٍ سَليلِ كِينا
بسُفُنٍ سَوداءَ اَربَعينا

١٦٦. وغُونِيُس بجُندِ كِيفُوسَ على
مَراكِبَ اثنَينِ وعِشرينَ تَلاَ

١٦٧. بِفِتيَةِ الإِينانِ والفَرِيبَه
مما يلي دُودُونَةَ القَريبَه

١٦٨. ومن رُبى جَدولِ طِيطارِسيُسِ
ذاكَ الذِي يَنصَبُّ في فِينُيسِ

١٦٩. بمَوجِهِ الفِضِيِّ لا يَمتَزِجُ
إِذ ذاكَ من لُجّ الستِّكسِ يَخرُجُ

١٧٠. من السِتكسِ مُثقلِ الأَيمانِ
لِذا طَفا كالزَّيتِ للعيانِ

١٧١. ثمَّ فُرُوثُو بنُ تَنثرِيدُونا
بمن أَتى مِن غابِ فِيليُونا

١٧٢. وجُرفِ فِيناوُسَ من أَهالي
مغَنِيسِيا بأَربعين تالي

١٧٣. فهذه اَماثِلُ البِلادِ
وجُملةُ المُلوكِ والقُوَّادِ
